HerAngles
Support
There's no ticket system and no bot. Write to hello@northpixel.studio and a person answers, usually within two working days.
It helps to include your iOS version, your iPhone model, and the app version from Settings. If something looks wrong on screen, a screenshot of the app saves us both a round trip.
Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone: Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions › HerAngles › Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the period you've paid for runs out. Deleting the app on its own does not cancel anything.
I paid, but the app is asking me to subscribe again
Tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and mention the Apple Account region and roughly when you purchased.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app failed you, tell us too — we'd like to fix it, and we'll back up a reasonable refund request where we can.
Is there a free version?
No. HerAngles is subscription-only — there's no free tier, no trial and no guest mode, and the subscription screen comes at the end of onboarding. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are available, and the price is shown before you confirm anything.
Does the app see my photos?
No, and it can't. HerAngles never asks for camera or photo library access, so iOS never grants it any. Nothing you photograph is uploaded, analysed or stored, and all 45 poses ship inside the app as written instructions. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
How do the poses work?
Pick the kind of photo you're taking and Pose Coach walks you through one pose, one cue at a time, so you're reading a single instruction rather than a paragraph. The Pose Library has all 45 poses across nine categories — selfie, full body, mirror, outfit, sitting, standing, travel, casual and date night — each with its difficulty and tags.
How is today's pose chosen?
From the kinds of photos you said you take during onboarding. If Today keeps offering categories you don't want, change your answers in Settings and it'll follow.
The reminder isn't arriving
The daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device, so the usual culprits are iOS-side: check iOS Settings → Notifications → HerAngles is allowed, and that Focus or Scheduled Summary isn't holding it back. The reminder is off by default — you can turn it on, change its time, or turn it off again in Settings.
The Daily Pose widget is stale, or says "Open to see today's pose"
iOS decides when to refresh widgets, so a short lag is normal — opening the app updates it straight away. The neutral "Open to see today's pose" state means there's no active subscription on the device; restore or resubscribe and the pose comes back. If it's still stuck a day later, remove the widget and add it again, and tell us if that doesn't fix it.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Settings → Account → Delete account. Settings is behind the gear control on the Today screen. That removes your account, your sign-in identity, your onboarding answers and your saved poses; see the privacy policy for exact timelines. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel that separately with Apple.
Why is Sign in with Apple the only option?
It's the only sign-in method the app supports, on purpose: we never handle a password, and you can use Apple's private email relay so we never see your real address. There's no username-and-password account to create or lose.
Do my saved poses come with me to a new phone?
Yes. Your saved poses and onboarding answers are stored against your account, so signing in with the same Apple Account on another device brings them with you.
Can you add a pose, or a category?
Ask. Requests for specific situations — a particular setting, a particular kind of shot — are the most useful thing you can send us, and they're what the library grows from.
